Super sweet & totally classic vintage 90’s blue and green plaid pleated skirt with elastic waist! Best detail: belt loops at waist!! Honestly I feel like every skirt should come with belt loops :-P Fits like a traditional women’s size L/XL.

For reference, I am 5'10" and usually wear plus size L/XL on top/at waist & size XL on bottom/hips/booty; my bust is 39”, waist is 32”, hips are 47”. This skirt fit me perfectly and best fits sizes L & XL:

Hip (skirt): 52 (extra because of pleats, this measurement is taken with pleats lying flat, not extended at all)
